As Owner/Artist of The Milkhouse Hair Studio, Marie Turmel seeks to provide guests with a personalized experience. Marie is an artist through and through. Her background in the Quebec countryside, ballet, art and 35 years experience in entrepreneurship in South Florida & Vermont adds to the comfortable and professional ambiance of the studio. Her creativity and personalized approach in seeing not only your hair, but you, resulting in the best look for your image and lifestyle. In her cozy personable space she provides one-on-one attention and conversation over a cup of tea while looking out at the breathtaking view of the valley. Marie enjoys speaking in French, Spanish and of course English in the studio.
Her mission is to enhance and bring your own natural beauty out by getting to know you through a fun exchange of ideas. Marie will guide you through a beauty learning experience.

Teresa Blanchard
Stylist
Vermont born and raised right here in Craftsbury, trained at The Aveda Institute and a licensed Cosmetoligist, Teresa has chosen to begin her career at the Milkhouse Hair Studio along side Marie, both in the studio and off site at weddings. Teresa has a passion for hair coloring and makeup artistry. Her mission is to bring forth the combined beauty tips she has gained from her experiences as well as from other stylists and the women she admires in her life. She is looking forward to using her artistry to bring you to your best self through building a trusting relationship.
Tiffany Gagnon
Stylist
Tiffany lives locally with her husband, two boys and their dog. She is native New Englander who was trained in Massachusettes. She has been a stylist since 2000 and is a board certified colorist. She owned a successful salon suite in Florida before moving to Vermont in 2017. She is passionate about the quality of your service, focusing on keeping the integrity of you hair. When Tiffany is not styling, you can find her juggling her twin boys, tending to her chickens, skiing and crocheting.
In addition to serving those in our local region, we have had the pleasure of working with Brides and Bridal Parties throughout the state of Vermont and beyond. Through experience, conversation and an exchange of ideas we will guide you in defining whether your style is traditional, ethereal, classic or "shabby chic". Together we’ll create the vision you have dreamed of for your wedding day.
